COnNECTIoN
The University of Cambridge, together with Alte, a linguistic association which deals with language testing, organized the international conference “Learning and Assessment: Making the Connections”, held in Bologna from the 3 the 5 May, 2017. The event, entirely in English, solicited the discussion of more than 500 linguists, teachers and students from different parts of the world on the role of language and learning in educational, economic and social contexts.
PROCEsS
We participated in the event too, bringing out language as a contribution to the dialogue: with various handmade scribing creations, we summed up, visually, the key points of the three days.
HIGhLIgHTS
Our objective was to find a universal language that permitted easy reading and that opened a cross-cultural dialogue between linguistically and culturally diverse personalities.
