The PwC event “We Now” held in Baveno on 27 and 28 October 2022 celebrated the company’s new senior managers. At the celebration, reflection focused on the importance of the leader’s role in the collaborative context and the need to acquire skills and awareness that can direct the community to achieve common goals.

With our scribing, we took on the experiential narratives of partners who conveyed values and skills acquired during their careers to new entrants.
HIGhLIgHTS
Our work mapped the different stresses that surfaced during the discussion and drew out the guidelines for the senior manager role, compiling them into a single canvas.
