COnNECTIoN
Transparency is not just an ethical principle: it is a necessary condition for building trust. As part of Inspiration 2024, the event series organised by Tangible and dedicated to Digital Transparency, experts from different fields came together to explore topics including privacy, artificial intelligence, legal design, digital rights, and responsible design.
Our role was to make a complex dialogue visible, helping the audience follow the connections and reflections that crossed different disciplines.
PROCEsS
Throughout the entire series of events, we carried out live digital scribing activities, translating talks, questions, and discussions into dynamic visual maps in real time. Each event produced an illustrated synthesis capable of organising concepts, connecting different perspectives, and making topics often characterised by a high level of technical complexity more accessible. The illustrations accompanied the live events, becoming both a facilitation tool and a shared memory for the Tangible community.
HIGhLIgHTS
This project explores how visual language can help make the debate around technology more transparent.
Drawing means slowing down complexity without simplifying it, allowing people to navigate different concepts, implications, and perspectives.
The maps created during Inspiration transformed each event into a shared resource, capable of continuing to spark discussion long after the live sessions had ended.
A concrete example of how visual thinking, ethical design, and knowledge sharing can work together to foster a more conscious digital culture.
