On the 4 February 2023 in our space in Borgo Panigale, Bologna, we organized a workshop “Blending – Above and Beyond Engagement” in the search for new instruments and methodologies for employee experience with a group composed of brilliant minds from the world of HR and People Management.
PROCEsS
The day was set up starting from the factors that generate motivation within the corporate environment with the contribution of Enrico Zanieri, followed then by facilitation and coaching activities in a playful way. With the scribing activity we created a manifesto containing all the values and keywords that emerged from each participant’s sharing of best practices.
HIGhLIgHTS
We adopted gamification solutions to approach the topics covered with curiosity and enthusiasm, putting into practice one of our most innovative services, “The World in a Bean”. Through the use of coffee as a research tool, we initiated an exploratory journey of togetherness that allowed participants to step outside their comfort zone in a novel and engaging way
