The “Worklab on Learning” for Heineken was dedicated to the theme of cross-cutting learning. The participants, a diverse group of professionals from different sectors of the business world, collaborated to outline processes for developing and strengthening skills, abilities and resources to improve work outcomes and performance.
Through coaching activities and facilitation exercises, we stimulated discussion among participants, who worked step-by-step on idea generation. The creative process also included the use of metaphors for learning, which were helpful for creativity and brainstorming.
The end result was the scribing of a manifesto that reported the methodologies shared by each professional and reflected the spirit of co-participation and dynamism created within the workshop.
